Excellent location. The reception staff were very friendly. We could hear some sounds of artists on the streets at night, but it didn't bother us at all. The water in the shower in the morning takes a while to heat up, but that's okay. Breakfast at the Italian restaurant just below was a great and delicious option. It was really worth being at the hotel. Thanks!

Staff were absolutely lovely! They let me extend my stay. Room had a fridge and there was a water dispenser not far from the room so you could fill up your bottles. The location is right on fifth Avenue so I felt extremely safe as a solo traveller.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean. But the problem of thia hotel is the location. Is located right on the 5th avenue and you can hear the music from the restaurants in the room even until 3am. After first night we moved to another hotel. But despite the location everything is ok. It has also a good italian restaurant.

The bathtub was the reason I stayed here and it was wonderful. Actually it was not working properly (the handle got stuck and the water wouldn't shut off). The staff acknowledged that this was a problem with that particular tub and told me not to use it. After some persistence, however, I was able to be moved to a different room and I had a good soak. The room decor is super cute and elegant. I absolutely loved the tilework and it was a fun experience to stay there. Huge, comfy bed, good A/C, and a fridge was also included. It's located right on 5th Ave so you can walk to everything.

Absolutely positive experience. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room with Jacuzzi was very large, clean and welcoming. They also had some flowers that I had ordered online delivered to my room before I arrived. I recommend it.

Room was nice and clean with good air con. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fine at the restaurant that is connected to the hotel and it was very centrally located to the tourist area.
