Very well-maintained and clean resort. Beautiful pool area. Attentive and always friendly staff. Well equipped rooms with private kitchenette and the biggest safe we've ever had. Good and varied program for children. We were all very satisfied with our stay and would love to come back.

The Mexican Night entertainment was nice. The food in the 2 dinner restaurants was good but you had to make reservations the day off.

We absolutely loved staying here, from the swimming pools, to the different restaurants & cuisines, to the daily activities like water aerobics and games for the kids, we had the best stay.

The swimming pools were lovely and warm, the rooms were spacious and well kept. The activities on offer were great.

The customer service is excellent. The grounds are all very well maintained - indoors and outdoors. The pools are super plus the gardens, the kids club is great and the entertainment is very good. There are two 25m lap pools for adults to do training sessions if wanted. The kids water park is super and the choice of food at every meal is large. At night, the warm whirl pools are a lovely treat. The kids club offer great activities especially in the early evening e.g. superhero night, pirate night with a treasure hunt around the hotel grounds. This was our second stay here and we love everything about it.
