I loved that there were plenty of lounge chairs with or without shade and you never had to reserve. The restaurants were decent and no reservations needed. Drinks were not top shelf but were readily available and they had the booze cart brought throughout the lounge areas. Rooms were clean clean clean and had no complaints. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Entertainment was varied and quite good. Easy check in.

Food was good. There were many choices and restaurants. All the hotel are and eating area was comfortable and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also was beautiful beach area.

The staff were fantastic! In particular, I would like to recognize the following staff: Alex, Tony, and Thalia who were wonderful. The location is close to a beautiful beach!! The Riu White Party was awesome!! 🌟

Really liked the beach at the hotel! The cleaning and the service was excellent. The food was great. Had a great time. Easy to walk or take an affordable taxi to 5th Avenue.

The staff was very nice, and the food was wonderful and a wide range of food. The Asian restaurant was ok . Not the best l have had. The restaurant for lunch near the pool was great and the breakfast was good. I thought all bar staff were great. I would go back. The snack bar at pool was wonderful.
