Location is beautiful and the shuttle to and from the beach is amazing. Thank you to the staff, especially Tristan for welcoming us to Mexico and including us in all the fun activities the resort offers.

Very clean and pretty environment, with tropical animals near by, it's isolated world from playa de Carmen, they offer everything inside and full of activity program, on the beach kayak and panel are offered for free! There are snorkeling service of course with 5 star price as well!

Optimus quality/price index. The main restaurant buffet variety was good. Beach and pools relaxing. Good also for family with children. Possibility of late check-out at an acceptable price

It’s a budget friendly all inclusive, so I didn’t know what to expect really. The service was good, really liked the buffet, both for breakfast and dinner. The beach club was nice too. The coati that other people were complaining about are super cute, and they don’t steal your things or anything. One of the highlights for me 😄
