The hotel itself was very nice with free sunbeds on the beach and spacious, clean and comfortable room. The reason I am not rating this higher is due to two factors. It's is a very loud area and the music keeps playing until the morning, if you are going to play del carmen for a party it might suit you but if not, be prepared for the party vibe. The hotel staff is very nice but the restaurant staff has a funny attitude when it comes to the tipping, almost demanding a 20% tip when their service was very mediocre and sometimes even rude, and the food was quite terrible. Being European, they survice should be outstanding to expect a 20% tip in my opinion.

Amazing beach front hotel where you can really on the playa, having breakfast and lunch in front of the sea. Quality of food was good. Attention of staff excellent. Neither to mention position of the Decima Avenida (main road without hearing rumors)

The location is perfect, the staff always helpful, room is simple, but clean and comfy, breakfast the best I had in Mexico ;) Will come back again with my tourists. Worth its money and I would give it a four stars! Highly recommend it!
