Resort Overview

This adults-only resort is located in Playa del Carmen, this beachfront property is just a few metres from the world’s second largest coral reef. It offers 4 outdoor pools and air-conditioned rooms with a private terrace.

While the whole experience was great, and every staff member was super helpful, I want to specially thank Ricardo and Johnny from the beach bar, they went above and beyond to make our stay flawless!

Hot tub in garden. All the food was exceptional and drinks service was excellent. Main bar was nice, nightclub lounge was oddly laid out but was fine. Swim up bar and pool parties were excellent. Beach is lovely, we had some seaweed but not too bad.

The resort was all inclusive. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent every day. In addition, this resort included approximately 16 restaurants onsite. Needless to say, all the different nationality foods were delicious. Also, our concierge Fabian Valenzuela was perfect for us. He continously ensured we had everything we needed. He exceeded our expectations.
