The property was beautiful and clean. We were very comfortable our whole stay. The amount of wildlife you see is mind-blowing. We found the staff friendly and not pushy. They obviously have things they need to offer as a part of their job, but when we said no they laid off. The food was pretty good, lots of hits and only a few misses. We LOVED the fresh omelet station for breakfast. If you see just one show you're whole stay, the one not to miss is the Viva Mexico show, highlighting dances from across the country. Finally, it's very reasonably distanced to go into town and explore Playa Del Carmen. We did a bit of shopping but ended up buying most of our souvenirs from the resort shops.

We had a wonderful experience. Gorgeous buildings, stilish, nature frienly with high quality rooms. The ambiance was very welcoming, the food was really good and fresh, and the service outstanding.

The hotel is beautifully located in the middle of the jungle, close to Xcaret parks. The à la carte restaurant is excellent, and the staff is friendly and polite. Unfortunately, these are the only positives.

I liked the beach, the area surrounding was beautiful like being in the wild, most of the staff was friendly it was like two of them really moody.

Location near XCARET park - 3 min by foot or small boat. Amazing territory - natural park with iguanas, monkeys and deers. Good food.

The surrounding nature was spectacular. Lots of animals that can be seen. Even though the hotel was full, the pools didn't feel busy.

Loved the location. Wildlife. Staff were so lovely. Choice of pools, cove, rock pool. Beautiful walks. Buggy instead of walking when hot. Felt very safe and looked after.

The local animals and the variety of restaurants to choose from. But the restaurants were not as good as expected. Pacos tacos was great! The rest were mid.
