“Very pleasant, not noisy even though we were a very short walk to the Centre of Playa del Carmen”

There was an exceptional female member of staff, who had a lot of time to spend on the different guests who would arrive at her Reception Desk seeking assistance, from how do I connect to the wifi to where can I easily find a Taxi.

Great location - beach & centre easy to reach Decent size room & bathroom Lots of lovely shrubs & trees in garden area Member of staff gave me a cheap rate for 4th night in view of all the problems experienced which was nice.

The hosts were very nice, the breakfast was great, the room was a good size with a separate wash room, with AC.
