Great value for money and great location. Very spacious rooms and the facilities were very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking too.

The front of staff was soooo helpful and reason it’s getting a decent score. First room I stayed in was king suite and was nice and on first floor.

The standard suite is modern, clean and comfortable. The front desk service (Emma and Yasser) was excellent and very attentive.

Our stay at mare condo was super comfy. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Apartments are very welcoming and have all the amenities you need. Great value for the price. Rooftop also is very nice to refresh in the pool.

The staff was super helpful at all times (many special thanks to Tali and Agos, they made our stay superb! with recommendations and tips). The apartment was super clean, spacious, luminous, with a huge balcony and an amazing view. Previous to the check-in, a locker was provided while we waited for the room and we could start using the facilities (pool and bathrooms). The rooftop pool was really nice and with much needed parasols, towels provided for its usage, and it was allowed to drink your own beverages. Location might not seem super central BUT is right next to several main avenues (CTM, 10th Ave and 5th Ave) which have plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Close to the alternate bus station, 50 mxn pesos taxi to the ferry station, and a few blocks from the beach.

Highly recommend that place. Well located, awesome pool & huge/comfortable apartment for a cheap price. Service & check in really quickly. Liked that. Very friendly and helpful people working there. Especially the girls at the reception. They made me and other people smiling every day. They let me to chill at the pool after checking out for hours & did whatever I wanted to make my stay there unique. Definitely gonna come again.

Overall, it’s a good place to stay. It’s a bit away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but that’s exactly what I needed. There are still plenty of restaurants around. And the beach is just about 6 mins walk away. Communication in English happens via messenger, and the staff is very helpful.
