Comfortable room with great bed (though it took up most of the room space in our room). Great location in the center a few streets from 5a Avenida (some music can still be heard due to this, but not too bothersome). Nice to have breakfast included right next door. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags there after checkout and sit in the common area for a few hours.

Spacious room with a large comfy bed, spacious bathroom with loads of wardrobe space. Swimming pool and common areas are very charming and the whole location is very peaceful, even if you are just 5mins walk from any kind of action. Very easy to walk everywhere, and with the ADO Terminal Alterna at 2mins walk, which can take you anywhere, from other locations to Cancun airport

Great location within short distance from beach and Main Street, and lovely pool and garden. Facilities clean with small balcony but not one of the best views but fine. Very helpful staff. Safe and mini fridge in room.

Breakfast was nice, diverse, plenty and served fast. They have a fruit selection and after you can chose from a variety of mexican breakfast options. Close to the Playa centre (quinta avenida). Nice pool area.

Nice central location to everything. Walking distance to 5th Avenue & the many restaurants. Staff were 24/7 > excellent. Only willing to help at any time.

I really can't recommend this hotel enough. The room was amazing - there was a 4 poster bed - and the bathroom is huge! There are about 3 swimming pools and hot tubs and the roof is a total sun trap and perfect for watching the sunset. A short walk to the strip in one direction and wallmart and the bus stop in the other. I also have to thank the staff who were great and even let me store my bag for a night before I arrived!

included breakfast was at a small neighbour cafe, and it was quite good in the morning with many choices tat you ordered. The multiple small pools were a nice option on a hot day. My room was quite spacious and the bed was very nice. The room was very clean.

We absolutely enjoyed our two weeks stay at La Pasion Colonial Hotel Boutique! We had a nice room with a great bed and small balcony. It was very clean and cosy. The hotel has several pools and jacuzzi's. There is a cute cat who likes to sleep on the sunbeds. The hotel staff was very friendly. There is unlimited free water, coffee and tea. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant next door. The location of the hotel is perfect, next to a lively square and several local restaurants. It's close to the beach, 5th Avenue and both ADO bus stations. Thank you for having us and we would definately like to come back!
