Great location near the beach. We had a balcony and sea view. Large room with closet, lovely rain shower and spacious bathroom. The rooftop pool was big and there was a bar.

The hotel has views of the beach and direct access just a few meters away. It was quiet when we stayed so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Room was big and as pictures suggest. Aircon worked well and was much needed after the Yucutan heat.

The fridge was great. In fact, I think the ability to be able to cook should you want to or have no problem having food for takeout is nothing short of amazing. The rooms themselves are quite great looking, and while there were a few quirks here and there (sockets looking old or one towel holder being somewhat loose) it was really good.

We booked a basic studio apartment. It was large and comfy, with a lot or room, very clean. We did not use the kitchenette, we just used the fridge. We used the pool and it was great, with a lot of shade that we appreciated as the temperature in April was already high. The check in was effortless, but we suggest to send details in advance on the guests (as we did, following the instructions that were sent to us). The staff on site was great. When we checked in, there was a power cut in the whole block of the town, a large area was with no power. The management was extremely helpful, they got in touch with us, I was in touch with Vanessa that I thank a lot, and they offered us another room in a nearby hotel outside the area with no power at no additional cost. Everything was done in a very professional way and we were very impressed by the way they reacted to the situation. Our room was also quiet in the evening and during the night.
