This is a 3 star hotel, and for that I think it's good. My room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and the palms in the other stairwell area are attractive features and cleverly fit in the compact space available.

Loved the situation. Located 1 minute from beach..bars and bus station. Carlos was sooo helpful on reception and we booked a trip through him. Fabulous Boho style hotel with with large plunge pool and its own Jungle lol. Very clean well worth the cost. Will definitely visit again.

The service and hotel environment were surprisingly nice. The air conditioning, hot water, and electrical outlets all worked well, so I have no complaints. The location is literally a 30-second walk from the beach, which has at least two restaurants and bars. It’s a great place to stay if you plan to watch the sunrise at the beach, and it’s convenient for swimming since you can leave your belongings upstairs and simply go to the beach with just a towel. The staff were extremely responsive, and I am immensely grateful for their help.

We love this hotel because is in the centre, perfect value, few steps from the beach and the staff is lovely! We always stay here when we go to Playa del Carmen!

Absolutely love the hotel. Perfect location, in the midst of it all, yet no disturbance of the crowd. 2 minutes walk from the beach.
