The location is amazing - smack in the middle of Playa near all the action, but still somehow quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The rooms are spacious and absolutely beautiful, and the jacuzzi in the suite is just amazing. We were upgraded to a room close to the pool, which was a real advantage. The grounds are beautiful to walk around in, with gorgeous flora and fauna. The restaurants are great and varied, the food is really good.

It is a beautiful, clean and well-maintained hotel. Staff is exceedingly courteous and friendly. Location is tops on the beach yet next to downtown Playa del Carmen. The food is good and abundant with lots of choices. Tour desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Mexican Fiesta on Fridays is wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the performers. Other evening entertainment is available but not as exceptional. Nice that kids are not allowed. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was professional and friendly. The pool relaxation time was superb. Alexandra Mena, pool staff member was exceptional. Buffet offered good meals. Great snacks at the pool area.

There was so much on offer! The staff were really excellent, enjoyed a couple of the fitness classes - the blacklight spinning, the TRX, yoga and trampoline fitness with Rodrigo - all at a great level to be inclusive but still a great workout. The buffets were excellent. We had the junior suite and it was huge, I can only imagine the other rooms are even more spectacular!

Wow what a place to stay. Huge rooms with spa and big bed. Staff were amazing and always friendly. The pool was alot of fun as well as the nightly activities. The restaurants were good with lots of variety.
