Awesome rooms. We got an upgrade to a room with a deck that went into a quiet pool which we absolutely loved! We had a concierge, Lisandro, who helped us with all sorts of arrangements every day, and that was really appreciated. The food was between good and excellent. Fantastic selection of options at the buffet, and there were different types of a la carte restaurants to go to as well. Loved the BBQ at the pool for lunch! We went on a pyramid / cenote tour organized on site and it was top notch! Biggest downside was getting talked into a timeshare presentation that went long and when we said no, the salesperson got rude, passive aggressive, and insulted us. Absolutely ruined our morning - the free massage wasn't worth it at all.

This is a large complex with several restaurants, pools and a wide offering of facilities. The biggest asset is the fantastic staff. Shout out to Heydi who really made our stay. Her sense of humour, discretion, understanding and welcoming nature was second to none. Heydi’s service in Blue Moon, reception and everywhere we found her was the very, very best that anyone could ask for. We stayed in Junior suites, El Beso adults only, swim up rooms. WiFi was free and strong throughout the complex. The dedicated el Beso service desk was a nice touch and appreciated. The rooms were clean, spacious, well decorated, comfortable and thoughtfully attended by the cleaning staff. I loved having a little jacuzzi bath in my room, you can watch tv, while in the bath sipping a cocktail! Bliss! Clean towels, robes, slippers were available to us, as was a fully stocked mini bar, on a daily basis. The beach is beautiful. Fabulous swim up pool, on the edge of the white sands. If you’re not a fan of walking, the little train will transport you within minutes, from one side of the resort to the other. There are several swimming pools available. I loved having my own swim up, overlooking the truly paradise—esque pool in el-Beso. Frequent visits from the coatis alongside so much random wildlife was an absolute treat. Everywhere was clean. Staff clearly practiced food safety to a very high standard. I can’t comment on facilities for children as we opted for the adults only experience, I was simply delighted to not have to be in proximity of any. The Blue Moon is provided for el Beso guests, breakfast and dinner, adults only. It’s lovely. Great a la carte menu, wonderful staff (particularly Miguel and Heydi) we also enjoyed the Italian and Japanese restaurants but were reminded of the advantage of adult only experience when we dined in the generic outlets, with kids and even louder parents swinging from the beautifully designed decor. Pez Vela was a treat.

Our stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera was fantastic. The Resort - The resort was beautiful and easy to get around (there's a shuttle bus if you require it, but it's only a 10-15min walk end-to-end), with a wildlife section that had monkeys and coatis. I was anxious about the beach after reading negative reviews beforehand, however we found the beach section to be lovely, sandy, and the ocean was shallow and safe to swim in. There are 4 swimming pools, all are spacious and have plenty of sunbeds. There are clean toilets, bars and food by every poolside. Fatima from the help desk was very helpful and would WhatsApp us asking if we needed anything. Food/Drinks - the food here was incredible. We loved the restaurants, which had beautiful presentation of their dishes, as well as expansive menus. Our favourites include the Steakhouse, the Mexican, and Japanese restaurant. We tried the buffet a handful of times but were sometimes disappointed, so would definitely recommend taking advantage of the all inclusive a la carte here! The beach restauraunt lunch was exquisite. Breakfast was always a treat, as an El Beso guest you get access to an adults-only breakfast at the Blue Moon restaurant. The service was fabulous and they even gave us a special plate on our last morning. Angelica and Jose Maria at the information point were fantastic. We were invited to an exclusive "Chef's Table", which happens every Friday. The privilege lounge opens just for 20 guests, and a 5-course pairing menu is served. It was a highlight of our trip and felt very Michelin-style (and was free!) - if you're at the info point, ask if there's any spaces remaining. The Room - was very spacious and clean. The cleaners would often visit twice daily (morn and eve) and do towel art for us!

The hotel is really aesthetic and I got on really well with a handful of staff. Tepenyaki was great and there was a lot of amenities on offer.

The El Beso was perfect! Not only was the food fantastic, but the pools and beach were a dream! The staff were also super friendly, and the resort pretty much provides a guest with every single thing you'd need! Again A++ on the food!

Food was above average for all inclusive. There were several restaurants to chose from. The El Beso adult pool was nice - all of the pools were actually exactly the same (including the Privilage area) so the only difference was no children. Bar staff were nice. Service was good generally. The room was lovely and very spacious. Nice that you could get free room service and mini bar. Good value for money.

The activities, the facilities, the staff were amazing. From the receptionist to the waiters, the guest services were all very nice. Special shout out to Aylin, Carlos and Alfredo from guest services for the surprises in my room. You guys are awesome
