10 for location and terrace.. Friendly staff. Rooms were Big and Ok. The terrrace was superb.. would definately stay here again.

Friendly staff, great location, beach bar with sun beds for hotel guests, close to the bus station, shops and all attractions, marvellous view from the balcony, traditional interior design

Location is 20/10. On the beach, but with easy access to the action on 5th avenue. Very quiet at night - some other spots I have stayed have pounding music into the wee hours. The cleaning lady did a good job! Sadly, the "kitchenette" is horrible - only one burner worked, there were insufficient pots, and the fridge wasn't clean.
