“A poor reception for what is otherwise a nice hotel”

The rooms were a good size, beds comfortable. The staff that were around (not often) were very helpful and pleasant. The location was good. The roof terrace pool area was nice.

Great hotel, very comfy room. Lovely pool with comfy sun beds and restaurant area for breakfast. Good communication and virtual key to room which worked brilliantly. Very close to busy street

Room was beautiful and a balcony too. Lovely roof top pool and breakfast served beside it. The man serving breakfast was exceptional so kind and friendly. Always happy 😊 made a big difference to our stay. Hotel is in great location to everything you may like

Amazing location! Close to all the action, but still quiet enough! The rooms were great (super comfy beds) and great facilities. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Great value for money.

The receptionist was very helpful; when we had booked a tour with a tour company they cancelled on the day of the tour but didn't tell us She contacted them and got information for us. Again when our airport taxi didn't show up at the appointed time she phoned them for us and chased them. She was a great help.
