The stay was just as expected. The room was comfy with a great working shower (strong water pressure), good A/C and internet connection and in the perfect spot to easily get to the beach (short walk) and restaurants all around.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our bags behind the desk as we arrived before check in time. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water, good WiFi. Rooftop had nice view, did not use the pool though.

Staff was super nice and helpful, room was very clean and the hotel is located in very convenient position: walking distance from ADO station and ferry to Cozumel, just few blocks away but in a more calm and quiet street. Wi-Fi worked great, I worked seamlessly.

Location was great. It was 5-6 minutes walk to 5th Avenue and 9-10 minutes walk to ADO Bus terminal. The staff at the reception was very nice, friendly and informative. They gave me a lot of information about tours and things to do in and around Playa del Carmen. They even gave me a card for a free entry to Martina Beach Club.
