The location is nice and very close to the beach and all other facilities. The bus stop is within a few minutes which takes you to the city for only 2 EUR per person.

1.Location: Perfect location just across the beach. 30-40 meter from hotel to sea. There are lots of restaurant, souvenir shops around the hotel. Bus station is 2 minutes by walk and you can easly go the Palma center by taking Bus25. It takes around 20min ( depends of traffic ). Palma Aquarium is just 10 mins by walk. From airport, you can use Bus A2 directly to the hotel. Name of bus stop of hotel is Balneari 12. 2. Foods: In general, we are not a fan of hotel food but this hotel is total exception. Either breakfast and dinner was great. There are wide range of selection in both. 3. Staff: was very helpfull and always welcoming 4. Cleaning: You will smell of cleaning when you firstly come to the room. They clean the room and change sheets everyday if you want. Bath was nice, bed was also confortable. 5.The sea view from the pool on the top floor was excellent 6. SPA was great, Highly recommend to use. It was 8 Euro per person.

breakfast was amazing, more than enough choice and the morning staff were superb. Location is probably the best in terms of distance from bar street and beach area in front of hotel. The room size, shower, view etc. was as advertised, very nice. The thermal spa area is very nice to go relax after the beach.

Great Breakfast, clean place, staff was pleasant. This was one of the better beaches in Europe, room had an amazing balcony with amazing views but adjacent smokers bothered my wifes asthma

excellent location, very close to Palma Airport (37 mins by bus, A2) The beach close to the hotel was amazng, no need to look for others, if you don't want to The staff was lovely and very helpful
