I would like to specifically commend a member of the housekeeping staff at the hotel, the wonderful woman who took care of the third-floor rooms during my stay. She was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and a genuine kindness that made my visit feel even more welcoming. Her professionalism truly stood out – my room was always impeccably cleaned, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. It's Clean, and we like breakfast.. had a nice swimming pool but we couldn't use it because I like to be on the beach more and to explore all we need just a bed to sleep as we're not always in our room.other than that Its good value for money..

Very friendly staff. Good location - quiet but 10 minutes from the front. Decent breakfast. Lovely pool. Great value for money.

Stayed 5 nights half bord. Nice and clean, staff were excellent. 10 minutes easy walk to beach and hundreds of restaurants and bars etc. The room was fine but lacked a fridge. The meals were buffet and good quality couldn't fault them. Enjoyed our stay.

I do understand that people may have had different experiences (noisy neighbors guests for example) but i don’t understand what people expect from a 3* hotel, we cannot compare it to a 5*. It is a great 3* hotel, rooms are clean, breakfast was very good, location is perfect. I’ve been in another 4* hotel in Mallorca and we preferred this one, so it’s a great value for the price. Special thanks to the very kind receptionist Mr. Carlos Rodriguez, he was so kind to guide us and help us with all our questions, it was nice to meet him and discuss with him, we wish him all the best and continued success!
