Great choice of food. The rooftop bar is great and all of the staff are so helpful. The access to the luggage store was a really nice touch once you had checked out until you need to leave for the airport. Great location and within easy reach of bus stops to travel to the airport or to the Cathedral. I would recommend this hotel.

Superb hotel, it has 3 different pools in 3 different locations, the rooftop bar is incredible with its own jacuzzi and an amazing 360 view of the beach! We booked the all inclusive option and weren’t disappointed, the buffet was amazing with so many choices. The rooms are modern spacious and clean and the hotel is in a prime location, right opposite the beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The staff are really helpful.. Especially the young man on reception, Robin? who helped us so much. My husband had 2 broken ribs,he helped us with our luggage and telephoned the hospital. Thank you so much.

The staff were really fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful and polite. The airport and Palma public buses bus drop off and pick up near the hotel. The beach is huge and despite all people that mill around on the beach/promenade dancing / drinking and generally not being soaking up Spanish culture in any way whatsoever ever, you can easy walk up the road and easily find a peaceful spot further up the promenade/beach.
