The hotel gardens and grounds are beautifully landscaped, the rooms are modern and spacious (we were in the two bedroom suites), there are 3 swimming pools and one shallow pool with water feature for children. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a very family orientated hotel with babies and children catered for with cot bed and high chairs in the restaurants, so when one of our children had a tantrum or tears, we didn't feel conscious about it since so many other families were dealing with the same. Theres a vast array for food options at the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The team at the kids club were lovely and fun, great for older kids but our 4 year old wasnt ready to be left alone and under 4 yo require a parent to stay at all times understandably. It's a great kids club for older children. The spa was lovely and relaxing, very clean space however the tiles around the plunge pool were very slippy and both my husband and I slipped going into the plunge pool. The masseuse was very nice though.

The hotel excelled in all areas, in particular the friendly staff. You were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is modern and thoughtfully designed with beautiful grounds that are kept very well. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The heated outdoor pool this time of year was brilliant. Our daughter loved the mini club and disco. A real highlight of her stay. The staff have such good energy and really give you peace of mind. We explored a little of the area but preferred the hotel - it’s a gem within the area.. the nearby beach is easy to walk to across the road and great for little ones. Finally the food! Every option is covered and is refreshed regularly or cooked in front of you. We loved our stay and still feel the benefit of the holiday days after. Thank you for such a wonderful time - I’ve no doubt we will be back!

Pros: Location: convenient to get to from the airport and beach is nearby (across main street). Close to Alcudia which is worth a visit. Entertainment: the staff overseeing the entertainmaint for children (Norbert, Ilaira and few orhers whose name I cannot recall) were fantastic and really friendly. Pools: The pools were great and the children's area was entertaining for the little ones. Cons: Staff: With the exception of a some staff members (Norbert, Ilaira, Tatiana, Moustapha, Enzo), we found the rest to be cold and unhelpful, particularly those working at the front desk. Food: While there was an assortment of food, the lackq of quality left a lot to be desired. Cuts of meat were understandably cut thin for grilling but we had to put some pieces back as the chicken was underdone. There were labels for food which were often not properly labeled or changed to represent the food on display. The overall hygiene during eating times was concerning as there was often cross-contamination amongst foods (lack of utensils to get food, dirty plates, etc). Most cooked food was cold despite arriving right at start of dinner time. It is the first place where a half-board in my experience does not include any drinks whatsoever, including basics like water. The organization during eating times can be greatly improved. There was always a line for one reason or another: to get in, to be seated and multiple lines in various directions to get food. The place itself is not large enough to accommodate the numbers of guests even during the first week of the season. Organization and communication are overall areas for improvement. Staff seems to be unclear as well as the rules vary depending on who is working (some require towels cards which were not given at check in while others do not, unclear when room service takes place during day).

The room was very comfortable, and the variety of kids' activities along with the heated pool kept our little one happily entertained. With excellent on-site restaurant options, we never needed to venture far for a great meal. We were looking for a short, relaxing escape with delicious food, engaging entertainment for kids, a peaceful spa for parents, and a nice pool, and this place delivered. The staff was kind, accommodating, and genuinely personable. We also appreciated the stylish interior design and the well-maintained outdoor pools and playground.

Everything was great - the pool area fantastic, easy access to a beautifuland beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and special thanks to Olivia, Norbert, Marc and Flora for all the activities (and not just for the kids 🙂), we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

Returning customer after C-19 with teen daughter. Many happy memories when she was smaller! Still lovely facilities, love the pool, the bar and the new kiosks selling snacks at lunch.. Apartment comfortable and cleaned daily. Close to the beach and restaurants. Staff are always available, polite, professional and kind, nothing too much trouble. Even the gardeners team and the cleaners team are welcoming and love to have a chat. ☺️

Location is great. Lots of food options only a small distance away. Easy to find parking, which was essential to get away from the many tourists in the resort. Recently renovated suite was very nice.

We got upgraded without even asking for it! That was such a great surprise, and of course we could only love the room and comfort, the private garden with a jacuzzi. The hotel is very close to the beach, has many pools, breakfast offering was very complete.
