The location is perfect, and the food was great. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, and the indoor pool is also quite nice, though it was disappointing that children are not allowed in the afternoon. When it’s rainy, it becomes very difficult to explain to a child that swimming is forbidden. The room was very small, the bed was uncomfortable, and to be completely honest, we didn’t get the 'pool view' we paid for. I will attach some photos so you can see that, technically, there is a pool view. However, the photos on the website showed a completely different view—for example, the photo was taken from a higher floor with a direct pool view, while we had a room on the ground floor. Please ensure the website transparently shows the view from each room. The entertainment was great; the team was friendly and professional, and our 3-year-old loved their shows. The room was cleaned every day.

Best place on earth! Amazing food every day, very nice people working here, always smiling and helpful. Best beach on Mallorca, very nice pools. Second time there and more to come:)

The location is great! The breakfast buffet is amazing! The room was large and comfortable. Seconds from the beach. The lobby is beautiful.

Excellent hotel for family vacation. It's right by the beach, and there are multiple different swimming pools, all suitable for kids. The food buffets are great, combining quantity, variety and quality. The staff is lovely, smilling and helpful.

Very easy to walk around the hotel, decent food selection, lunch is outside which is nice, bar areas are very nice with lots of seating. Staff were very friendly

Extremely hard working, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are great and great food. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend. Ease of hiring a bike next door and storing was great. Indoor pool was also excellent. Best par was the washing machine and dryer which saved our life with kids clothing.
