One of the best services I have ever seen in a 5-star hotel. High quality but they still make you welcome as a family. Great service from the lifeguard who offers free paddleboards and helps with pumping beach playing stuff. The buffet is one of the best in Mallorca. Lastly, I have to mention the beautiful hotel bistro on the way to the beach which offers breathtaking views.

A splendid hotel! The staff were extremely welcoming and responsive, going out of their way to make our stay special and ensuring that every request is met promptly. The buffet was delightful and offered a wide variety of cuisine. The location provides a stunning visual of the sea and easy access to the beach, perfect for walks. This was a relaxing and memorable experience, highly recommended.

The staff were making that place amazing. They made effort to make you feel welcome and attend to any requests instantly. The location was great and entertainment was lovely and didn’t last till late into the night but finished at reasonable time.

Superb range of dishes at breakfasts and dinners, closeness of lovely beach, delightful bistro looking over the beach, quality spa facilities, varied wellness offerings, friendliness and helpfulness of the team. closeness to the Parc Natural de s'Albufera so excellent for viewing wildlife (including flamingos). We also visited Cap de Formentor to see Eleonora's falcons. We recorded over 80 species of birds and saw fish, dragonflies and flowering plants. High environmental aims, recycling etc.

The hotel is really amazing. The staff so friendly and trying to help every minute. The beach area also very nice, the view and the sea. Room was clean, the nreakfast one of my greatest that I have had. Location also very good, because it isn’t near the crowdy streets, but also very near to everything.

Really lovely hotel. Very clean, excellent staff, a good sized pool, private beach and free paddleboards. Walking distance of lots of restaurants too. The breakfast options were extensive!

The hotel is exceptional in every way. It is so luxurious and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We don’t tend to re-visit places as there is so much of the world to see but we have been here 3 times. The food is truly amazing, with an unbelievable choice. Ideal for families and children of all ages.

The hotel is modern and spacious and the rooms were great. Dinner and Breakfast were buffet style and had plenty of choice of great quality food. Staff were very helpful.

The staff was just amazing. Level of service was like in highend hotels in dubai, maldives or turkey. Dinner is exceptional. Hotel Manager Pilar and her team make sure all guest are happy with everything.
