Everything was perfect, the room was celan, so many choices for breakfast and dinner. Lovely staff, all recommendations. Hope we came back next year again.

Everything was great - the room is very big and the view is awesome. In general the hotel is amazing - it has good infrastructure - pools, bars, UP, SPA, aquapark and so on. The location is great as well. When we arrived - the hotel was overbooked and they asked us to stay for the first night in the partner hotel Vulcano - and because of this we were upgraded for free to have All Inclusive - that was very good from their side and were happy about it. The food and drinks in a bars and restaurant are of a really high quality. The fresh water is available at any floor and in a lot of places - that is very convinient. In general - we had amazing vacation and I can strongly recommend this hotel.

Lifts worked efficiently with no waiting. Breakfast Buffet very good with a wide selection. Entertainment good. Hotel professionally run.
