Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

We loved it. Pool was heated. Food lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only 10min with taxi to centre and is cheap. Looking forward to come back again.

Loved the pool area and large apartments some with a roof top terrace. We like that it's up in Chayofa village but a car is a good idea. Pura restaurant was fine for a good meal in the hotel

Beautiful complex. We had a duplex apartment for two adults and two teenagers. Next to the pool, beds were comfy, though kids reported their beds were “firm” but preference I guess Kitchen had everything we needed and we ate our food and had drinks on the balcony most evenings. Peaceful place. We had a car and drove a few minutes to local shops and Siam park. I think difficult to walk anywhere from here really. (Small supermarket 5 mins walk away) But local bus all day and evening going past hotel. Taxi cost us approx €10 one evening. Staff were fantastic, spoke perfect English… and I thank them for this.

The pool is huge and warm and never too crowded. Also the size and the layout of our room (2 bedrooms apartment) was great, with big terrace.

The staff were lovely. They were so helpful and always smiling. The pool area is beautiful. The building style is Balinese and there are lots of statues everywhere. It is always beautifully clean. The Christmas decorations were really pretty. The loungers on the patio outside the rooms and the table and chairs outside were nice. There is a roof terrace but we didn’t use it.

The hotel is situated outside the town which is great and provides a bus service every morning and evening. very practical. There are a few restaurants in the village and a small supermarket.
