All apartments in Parque Santiago V are duplexes and are accessed by stairs (there is no lift).As a client of Parque Santiago V, you will be entitled to enjoy all the facilities, swimming pools, reception and other facilities of Parque Santiago III, located just across the road.All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, although the hotel will do its best to accommodate them.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. Please use the special requests section when making your reservation or contact the accommodation directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Apartments cleaning will be done evevry 3 days, as well as the change of towels and sheets.Bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to group terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. If this deposit has not been received within 48 hours, the booking may be cancelled.For bookings of 14 or more nights, please contact the hotel.The accommodation reserves the right to refuse check-in or cancel the stay if any of the guests show unacceptable behaviour.In the event of an early departure without justified circumstances of urgency, the accommodation will charge the full amount of the stay.We remind you that Parque Santiago is a quiet complex, so the noise level should be kept low after 10pm.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lovely apartments very clean on central position although it’s above the supermarket on the gold Mile you do not hear no noise from the supermarket only let down WIFI it’s not very good apart from that I would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the main leisure area & only a 5 min walk to the sea-front and beaches. Check-in & out is taken care of across the road at Park Santiago 3 and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are all on the first floor and are spotlessly clean and well furnished. Both floors in the apartment have large balconies that get the sun all day. The free Wi-fi worked fine and is good enough to stream. The swimming pools and pool areas are amazing and secluded from the hussle and bussle of the town & one of the pools is heated all year round as well.

Great location, beach behide the hotel, at the evening a lot of entertaning.The pool was clean, only one is heated, but for kids was not a problem. Appartments nice, but in a kitchen can be more dishes. You can park the car on the streets not far away.

Breakfast was delicious so much choice and lots of friendly staff who remembered my room number after my first visit. Tables were cleaned quickly giving lots of choice where to sit. Location of restaurant looks onto the swimming pool. Eating was very peaceful and had a great view. Reception staff was all so friendly and helpful with setting up my Wi-Fi thank you to everyone.
