5 minute walk from the centre and 10 minute walk from the busy part of the strip. Hotel was modern and clean and there was a good selection of food at the buffet.

Everything was perfect. Great food, lots of choices for everyone and the Christmas dinner was to die for! The kids club was so helpful and our son loved it. Everybody was so kind and you really had a feeling that they care for their guests. We went for the all inclusive option and we never complained. The superior room was huge and spacious with a view at the pool. A special shout out to Eduardo who has upped our dining experience to another level. This man deserves a raise! Eduardo was always smiling and playful and always on top of the things - a master in his element. Thank you for making our stay even better with your humour and kindness.

The hotel is in a great central location. The staff are absolutely fabulous, special mention for the cleaning staff who were amazing. 👌🏽 When we ordered a taxi it was outside the hotel in seconds. Hotel room and pool area was lovely with a nice vibe

Very clean and modern. Huge queen size beds. Housekeeping attended every day and did an excellent job. I only had the fruit for breakfast so I can’t really comment on the hot food. Card only hotel. We will visit again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area was well looked after throughout the day and had plenty of cleaners around keeping all the communal areas clean and tidy. The breakfast was nice, lots of choice. The location of the hotel is brilliant and we have stayed at the hotel before multiple times. There are free buses to Siam park, karting and other areas in the resort. Taxis booked at reception were efficient and quick and there is a shop right next door. The rooms were of a good size although one of the rooms we had, did have a very dated bathroom but the others looked to have been refurbished so maybe they are getting through them.
