Good location, close to the bus station, beach and very good restaurants and bars.Just 8min walk to the heart of Las Americas.Clean and petty apartment with amazing view. Lenard is very good and responsive to all questions hosted.

The apartment was was not the one shown in the pictures and had a renovated kitchen (for good). Everything else was similar, including terrace with sea-view. Probably the landlord has a few in the same building. It is very nicely located if you look to stay close to Americas beach and want something comfortable. The street is quiet at night although you may hear some music from concerts at beach front until 22pm. The building is old, as many in the area.

Beautiful view from apartment. It had everything you needed from washing machine to microwave. Staff were so helpful especially Farida & Lenard who picked us up from the airport. It was the perfect location for getting around Tenerife. We will be back 😎
