We had a brilliant stay at this immaculate/modern apartment. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. We're regular visitors to Playa Blanca, and the apartment was located exactly where we'd wanted to stay. It's an easy walk to the nearby beaches, Marina and the town. The nearby Aldi is an added bonus. Communication with Luis, the host, was great, both in advance and during our trip. Thank you Luis! We will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay in this apartment. It was absolutely perfect for us, great location, nicely presented, spotlessly clean with great attention to detail and everything we could possibly have needed. It is a really comfortable space, the sofa in the living area is comfortable as are the beds (and I am very fussy about beds!). Two lovely outside seating areas on different sides of the apartment which means that you can always catch the sun; the smaller terrace off the twin bedroom is sheltered if it is a bit breezy and has an electronic awning. There is a third small terrace off the double bedroom which has really useful pull out washing lines. All of the lighting inside and out is very good. There are three large TVs, one in each bedroom and the living area with every channel or streaming service you could want. The Wi-Fi, which we all seem to rely on now, is good and reliable. The development is quiet and set back from the road with well kept grounds and plenty of parking in the car parking area, you will never struggle to find a space. It is about a 20 minute easy walk right into the centre of Playa Blanca and just over 10 minutes to Playa Dorada Beach. The marina is in the other direction but we didn't walk that way though it's not too far. Communication with Luis was excellent from the start, he was friendly and helpful and I have never had such clear directions or instructions from any owner; he was available for help throughout our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and we will definitely stay there again as we love Playa Blanca.

Quality fittings & exceptional communication - we had a small issue with the one of the TVs which was sorted within an hour! We would highly recommend this apartment..
