The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Welcoming everyone with a smile and warm greetings. Breakfasts are great, with a lot of choice of food and drink. There is always someone to look after you and make sure that you are well cared for.

Very Clean family room and quiet for baby. They serve cleaning multiple times per day. The room facility is very well equipped and even in kid bed room the plug is kid-protective! A lot of kids activities like mini disco and kids club Very welcoming staff who provides lux service level and always try to solve our concerns and we are very satisfied with their service. Breakfast includes so much choices and very fresh and tasty! Very close to the beach with walking distance!

The staff were excellent across the entire hotel, from reception through to the staff in the restaurants, bars etc . Alessio provided us with much useful information about the island and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The hotel has a good array of pools and loungers and plenty of entertainment for both young and old. Overall, a very good experience, but not quite 5 star.
