Staff were friendly. Facilities were good, room was nice and clean. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. 15 min walk to Playa Blanca resort centre.

We loved everything about this hotel, staff were excellent and so attentive, food was excellent so much choice. All drinks were branded and the frozen cocktails were amazing.

Staff very well trained, this is a very well managed organisation. Every member of the H10 team was focussed and efficient and could I imagine go on to get a job anywhere they liked in hospitality. The place was very clean and the food of a good standard with plenty of variety. We only stayed for 2 nights at the end of our holiday and it was a very relaxing end to our week on Lanzarote. The guests are I would say pretty much all Brits, though I did hear a couple of French accents too. The pools were lovely, I just didn't understand why no one was swimming as the water was not cold! Lovely thick fluffy towels in the rooms and a kettle was provided on request. There's a supermarket just over the road for milk etc and a Doctor's surgery next door. Playa Blanca itself horribly over developed compared with our last trip there 30 years ago but if you hire a car you can easily explore the more unspoilt parts of the island if you wish. I get the impression that most of the guests don't stray far from the sunbeds however and with such a pleasant cocoon to relax in I don't blame them!
