Fantastic hotel. Definitely recommend this place - The hotel is big but well organized. There are several swimming pools, nearby beach and plenty of sun beds - Food was exceptional. The best I had in my 20 years of travelling. I could stay in the dinning room for my whole stay (joking). Variety of food and perfectly prepared. 11/10 - Staff friendly and helpful - Hotel rooms and hotel facilities very clean and well maintained - Good Wi Fi everywhere - Spa and gym for adults and pool tables, table tennis and different games for kids available - Good vibe, nice evening bar with a chill out music that I really enjoy - Bus station to amazing Greek city only Chania few minutes away from o hotel (ticket 2 euros one way) - Reception for the late check ins (we arrived at 3 am and had food and drinks provided) - Great value for money (we were all inclusive)

We got upgrade to suite in Porto Platanias Beach Luxury Selection (300m from main building). Suite isn't big but has two bath rooms. There is small quest parking in front of the hotel. In case it is full, main building has another big parking. Hotel stuff is very friendly and professional.

The room was just superb with a lot of space and outdoor terrace (in our case). The beds were a dream and we really slept comfortably. It was sparkling clean everyday! Breakfast was amazing with so many options. The entire property is well kept and the staff is very sweet. We really have only good things to say about the place - we highly recommend! The location is very central, lots to do around - shops, tavernas, beaches.

I really liked that the hotel is relatively new, there are 5 pools and 2 playgrounds which was very important for us travelling with my little daughter. The sandy beach was also close to the hotel - and there were an amazing number of good restaurant to choose from for dinner (so I highly recommend going with breakfast only and discover places nearby).

Hotel and beach were clean.We had stay at Luxury Section.We paid for the all-inclusive option. The food was tasty, but not very varied. Dora the restaurant manager always with a smile, tried to do everything in her power for us. Thank her very much.

It was a perfect destination for us and we loved everything the resort offered us. We had a terific time, and look forward to hopefully returning some day soon.

- Great location, - lots of activities in the hotel like table tennis, pool and arcade games, - good breakfast, - plenty of clean pools and the best part was that you cannot reserve sunbeds, so there would always be some available, wherever you go. - the hotel beach was great too, good for snorkeling - EXCELLENT SPA with very friendly staff. We got massages and I got a mani pedi. The heated pool was great! - very convenient app to order food and drinks from sunbeds.

One of the few underrated hotels I've been to. Our apartment was spacious, clean and had a great view to the beach and marina. Housekeeping: Ladies were very kind and efficient. The room was like new every time we came back from the beach. Food at the main restaurant: Not a huge choice, but everything tasted great. Especially deserts, some of which were out of this world. Location: Ideal - whether you want to go out for a walk on the busy street or relax inside the complex, or at the beach. It's also very close to Chania airport. Beach: Clean and fine sand. Not steep so quite suitable for children. Water was crystal-clear and warm. Personnel: Very friendly overall, especially housekeeping and restaurant staff. Bar: Unlike most All-Inclusive hotels we've been to, cocktails were really nice and professionally delivered. We would love to stay at Porto Platanias Beach Resort & Spa again.
