The staff most friendly, helpful & accommodating, the facilities overall were what we expected, the standard of food on offer whether it be at breakfast, lunch and dinner were tasty. very well cooked and indeed exceptional. Many kudos to the chefs and indeed too, to the waiting staff. The swimming pool was very good, always clean and refreshing to swim in. The beach was very nice albeit it would have been much more welcoming, if in many parts it didn't have shingles, small rocks and pebbles on entry into the water.

Everything was really really good. Food is great, always a good choice, maybe not that big choice like in Egypt/Turkey hotels, but the quality is much better. Very nice staff everywhere; and here special thanks to Inna from animation team - daughter loved her and it was superb. Also, I definitely like their sustainability policy in all aspects. Also, there are a lot of activities for kids - kids club, including some activities for while family, playground, playroom, etc. So really recommended for families. Choice of drinks in all-inclusive package is not so big, but I'd say it's enough. Pools are clean and water is warm.

The food was really good and varied day by day, always were nice dishes to choose during the whole day. (All inclusive we had) Animation programs during the day were nice, my special favourite were the aqua fitness occassions and the Circus show in the evening, I would definitely keep that. The resort overall was really clean.

We had the pleasure to receive one of the best room the hotel has! - first one in line, sea view! The room (an apartment I may say) was large, 2 big rooms and a bathroom. The sea was few meters away - more than great! The hotel has many swimming pools! The restaurant has a lot of food on each one's taste! (Also gluten free) Great variety! Also the shows they have every evening - were great! Our kids loved the Mini Disco Show 😊
