Perfect location three minutes walk to the beach, ten minutes walk to local stores and many restaurants options to have great lunch or dinner. Kind and friendly professional staff always ready to help. Clean rooms with bathrooms and working facilities with everything you need for a perfect stay whether you have a chat in the living room, play ping-pong in the basement or enjoy the sun at the terraces and pool.

Perfect location - between the beach and the town Short walk up the lane to the town each morning, for fresh pastries to eat back on our lovely terrace. Fab views from upstairs terrace. Would have liked a lounger up there, but that's just me wanting to be away from kids jumping in the pool ... haha Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom Plenty of hanging spaces and drawers Air conditioning was very effective Good selection of gadgets and utensils in the kitchen Lots of water activities down on the beach, but beach shoes are required as it is quite stony - gets better the further you walk over to Rethymno George (Manager/Caretaker) was super helpful.

Absolutly best place to stay! Perfect service, cleaning and bed linen changing every two days! The personal is very kind, helpful, enyoing that you are their guest, very nice attitude. The house is located very near the sea, and big plus are the 3 terraces with big swiming pool. Pool size aprox. 3m x 6m, depth 1.5m very nice. The territory is closed only for guests of Oyster villas. Everything was perfect. It is great oportunity to share with two more friend couples or families, because each one will have their floor. Yes there is a ground zero floor. 3 independent two bed bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Thanks the great personal that makes theese holidays very amezing
