I loved the personal service from Anastasia, she was so very nice and made you feel welcome and at home. The optional breakfast was always good and gave a good base for the day to start :-) Being located at the beach is the BEST, and the pool and sunbeds were very nice! Definitely a recommendation and hope to come back one day.

The accommodation was very good value for money and Anastasia went out of her way to look after us. Super close to a beautiful beach, and a mini-mart 10 minutes walk away. It was also possible to get a bus further up the beach and into the main city of Chora. The bus left every half hour (on the hour and half hour) though sometimes it left a few minutes early, so best to get to the bus stop 5-10 mins early. Also - ask Anastasia for directions to the rooftop, where you can sit and have a glass of wine or take up a picnic to watch the beautiful sunset. There are a few restaurants nearby. It was fine for us for a few days, but if staying longer, just be aware that it is the quieter end of things. A half-hour walk on an unsealed road (or along the beach will take you to an area with a lot more restaurants and beachside cafes/sunbeds etc. But if you are looking for a bit of space away from the crowds, it's perfect.

Beautiful little Villa in a quiet area at Plaka Beach with a beautiful host to greet you and help with anything you needed. Breakfast was amazing and served right to your suite. Pool deck was so cozy and the beach across the street was stunning . Short walk to a couple supermarkets and restaurants.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a nice quiet part of Plaka beach. The staff were nice to deal with and organised a transfer from the port for us. The room was tidied and cleaned while we were out. Highly recommend!

We love the location, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the restaurants over the main road of Plaka. The hotel is excellent value for money, rooms are comfortable and the pool right in front of the beach is a plus. Staff and owner are present all the time and are very helpful and friendly. We'd definitely come back.

Acti Plaka is a perfect place for everybody who looks for nice, peaceful and homely atmosphere. The staff is polite, really helpful, professional, competent and friendly. They know how to take care of the guest. The rooms are clean, near and tidy. We highly recommend the place, it' s worth visiting. We certainly want to come back it here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Acti Plaka and would highly recommend this place to everyone. The reception lady forgot her name apologies was amazing and a real credit to this hotel thank you so much for all of the recommendations of this beautiful Island, the breakfast in the morning and organising the car hire. The location was perfect with only a short walk to resturants and to the bus stop to take you to Chora (centre). Thank you so much for a lovely stay we look forward to coming back.
