Very reasonably priced, pleasant staff, comfortable and very clean.

This accommodation was clean and and good value for the price. Staff was nice and ready to answer all my questions. Probably around 4 blocks from the city centre, anyway walking distance. I requested to have the breakfast in the room, it was a plus, decent portion.
