The Hilltop is a comfortable establishment with a warm and quite homely feel. This is particularly emanated by the staff and management who while not in any way over sentimental or for that matter over chatty, are practical and efficient and convey honesty , straightforward -ness and an all round sense of decency.

Lady at chk in was very pleasant and price was perfect for what we needed. There was a store at bottom of hill and close enough to resturants and such.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure and temperature, staff were friendly and down to earth, over all as expected for the price
