Warm welcome from reception. Room was spotless - thanks Jasmine! - and I got lost (standard) and both housekeeping staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. As a solo female traveller, having to use my room key to open all doors and use lift was reassuring. The patio was lush, the pool looked so good. My room was really comfy and warm, shower was hot and powerful. Bed was really cozy. The offer of early evening snacks was brilliant, and the lady behind the bar, and Andre were both really pleasant and helpful.

Enjoyed the Happy Hour drinks & snacks. Very nice this is included at the hotel. The entire staff is exceptional in customer service. Love this hotel !!

Great location. Super friendly helpful staff! Fabulous deal with breakfast included and afternoon snacks and hot drinks and popcorn. We had a wonderful time and it worked well for us.

The receptionist was very helpful and informative. We were going to miss breakfast but were told we could get a complimentary evening meal and a couple of drinks (first one free and another two for a dollar each) should we require them. The room itself was wonderful. It was massive with two queen sized beds and loads of space to move around. There was a fridge and microwave. There was also free wifi and the tv had a large variety of channels available. The bathroom was very clean and functional. And then there was those beds! So very comfortable and I'm sure we had clouds for pillows! Absolutely wondeful stay. And for those travelling into/out of the city by bus, the Greyhound station is two minutes away. I shall certainly reccommend it to my friends.
