The fine print
Bank House is a separate building from the main Scotland's Spa Hotel.All facilities like bar and restaurant are in the main hotel but guest staying in the Bank House are very welcome to use the facilities as the please.The Bank House is Dog Friendly and there is no charge for Dogs staying in the Bank House. While the guests are very welcome to use the main hotel, the main hotel is not Dog Friendly.

Amazing kind and friendly staff from start to finish! Everything was spotless in the room, even put an extra heater in the room which helped massively heated up in less than 10 minutes! Bed was one of the most comfiest bed we have slept on in years! Perfect location to the main street only about 3 minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Bank House which is dog friendly for the Highland Games weekend d. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, pleasant staff and a good breakfast

I was here on a break with my mother who had not been able to use any leisure facilities for a number of years due to ill health and mobility issues. She was keen to give it a go and we found the leisure facilities extremely accessible for her. The family room was spacious for her walker and we found it all very relaxing and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring Pitlochry by foot and close enough to other areas if using car. The pool was lovely and a great experience for the younger ones in the family. The dinner meal was lovely and the staff were very pleasant to deal with.
