Overlooking the picturesque town of Pitlochry, The Atholl Palace hotel and estate is set in Highland Perthshire and offers award-winning gardens, a swimming pool and spa, a wide variety of sport and leisure facilities, a whisky lounge and scenic mountain and river views. We had a great stay at the hotel. We really enjoyed the spa facilities. The pool is big enough to have a proper swim which is great. There is also a jacuzzi and a steam room which we really enjoyed. On our second night we had dinner in the bar area and that was lovely. The menu had lots of choice. We really enjoyed the food. It was good value for money. There was also some live music later on in the evening and we really enjoyed listening to it.

We stayed for a party night with work and had a great time. Food was great, disco & ceilidh were fantastic. Room was very comfy, cosy and just what we needed. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. Was such a cosy, homely stay.

The location was perfect, a short walk into town. Lots of facilities to entertain the whole family, swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, snooker room, lounge entertainment. Our hunting lodge was clean and spacious for 5 adults and one child with a good Internet signal with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Its worth popping into just to see their Christmas decor and enjoy a drink by the fire 🔥 Staff are all lovely and approachable.

The pool area is beautiful. The room was lovely with a nice view across the hills. The hotel itself is amazing with so much to do on site. Sadly due to the weather we didn’t get to do everything but we enjoyed everything we could.

1、The hotel is a refurbished ancient castle with an exceptional environment, featuring a small museum in the basement that you can visit. 2、The service staff are particularly friendly. Our child left a jacket with a passport in the lobby, and we were able to retrieve it at the front desk. Our English is not good, but the restaurant staff even spoke a few words of Chinese to explain, which was a pleasant surprise. 3、There is a distillery nearby, and visits can be scheduled via Google Maps.
