The major A9 road is only a 4-minute drive from the hotel and offers direct links to the city of Perth, just 35 minutes away by car. Inverness and The Highlands are a little further at approximately 90 minutes drive.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. Room had everything you need for a great stay. Breakfast was fresh and filling, host was happy to cater for our needs. Relaxed atmosphere, would definitely like to return. Host upgraded from small double to king size, much appreciated!!

lovely spacious room with an enormous bed, all very clean and cosy. breakfast was excellent quality with a large variety of food to choose from. staff were all very pleasant. location with free off street parking is ideal for visiting Pitlochry for the Enchanted Forest.

Breakfast was outstanding and cooked to perfection! Loved the big airy room and staff were amazing! Karen went above and beyond for everyone, nothing was a bother for her! Handmade chocolates and an anniversary card left in our room to celebrate our wedding Anniversary a lovely wee touch

Good location Staff were very attentive and made the whole stay an absolute pleasure. Went above and beyond with little extras they laid on and there was a great choice for breakfast . Hotel was lovely with charming fireplace and bar and lounge where the guests mixed well. Karen and Richard are a credit. We will definitely be back

Room was very comfortable, I like the modern Scottish look. The little extras like tea/coffee making facilities are good but the Tassimo machine was an unexpected bonus. Also the box of Scottish chocolates was a lovely touch. Breakfast were very good with a wide choice of help yourself continental and a selection of cooked breakfasts freshly made to order.

We arrived at the hotel on Tuesday, of this week, and were met by Karen, the manager, at the reception. She wanted to show us to our room, to ensure it was ready and that it was properly heated, which it was (excellent customer service). Karen’s hosting skills were second to none and nothing was a bother to her. She definitely went the extra mile to ensure that all guests were happy with their stay. So I can honestly say that the facilities were great and on a par with Karen and her team’s friendly and helpful approach to hosting. A brilliant experience! John Cahill
