Porterage is available at all times.The hotel are happy to accept dogs by prior arrangement, provided that they are quiet and well behaved. Everything about the stay was brilliant from start to finish. The staff give you a warm welcome and show you to your room. When I arrived in my room I was taken aback by how lovely it was from the beautiful decor to the luxurious bathroom. I loved all the small touches, from the handmade local chocolates to the bubble bath and bathrobes. Everything had been thought of. Breakfast each morning was delicious, I had smoked trout and scrambled eggs one morning and the garden breakfast another both were equally good. I also ate in the restaurant the first night I arrived which was a great experience. Special shout out to Nicky who arranged for me to have a the same room for the three nights I was there which I couldn’t book online and to Bronté who gave me a warm welcome. If you want a beautiful base to discover the surrounding areas then I highly recommend staying here. It’s peaceful, calm and relaxing and a great escape from city life.

From moment we checked in, to leaving two days later.. this hotel and its staff didn't fail to impress. The food was excellent and the breakfasts have to be experienced (quality ingredients ) Room was spotlessly clean .. and the decor is cool, understated classy .. without the usual twee tartan tat touches...

Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Excellent breakfast. Dinner was very good although choice could have been wider. Room was a good size and very comfortable with a full range of accessories. Free snacks and mineral water was a nice touch. good location for exploring Pitlochry and its surrounds.

The hotel is clean,comfortable and has the wow factor. Hats off to the chef for our dinner and breakfast it was a definitely a 10. The staff are all amazing and do anything to help. Great for our 2 dogs as well plenty of nice walks able to sit with us in the restaurant which is designated for dog owners. Loved our room which also had 2 dog beds and doggy hampers. Coats wellies and umbrellas supplied at the main doors for going walks in the rain.

Perfect location and hotel. This is our 2nd year staying at Pine Trees for our wedding anniversary. Hotel is pet friendly and it really is even after the hotel has been refurbished. Good choice of breakfast which was all good. All staff were really friendly and always around if you needed any support. Good location for walking and close to amenities in the town.
