The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very good standard throughout the public area and my bedroom and ensuite and was very clean. The staff were generally very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere was good with decent entertainment playing on the night. Breakfast was tasty and at a reasonable price. The bed was two joined singles and comfortable. The hotel has a particularly convenient location no more than a two minute walk from the train station. My stay was overall comfortable and enjoyable.
