Farm stays Overview

San Simone is an elegant 19th-century villa set in a large park of over 60,000 m². Offering an infinity swimming pool with panoramic views, it is 4 km outside of Pistoia.
Combining antique and modern furniture, Villa San Simone is set on the site of what were once a medieval convent and a Romanesque church from the 11th century. Its extensive grounds have plenty of wild animals such as squirrels and deers, plus a spacious garden with table tennis and a BBQ.
Rooms and apartments combine antique furniture with modern amenities including free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with DVD player. Guests also have free use of the shared laundry room and the apartments come with a full kitchen with dishwasher.
The villa is 10 minutes drive from Pistoia Cathedral and the station for trains to Lucca and Florence. Free parking is provided.

A magnificent stay near Pistoia and close to any other historical villages. Easy accessible by car from the airport of Firenze or Bologna. The pool with natural spring water was so refreshing as there was no chlorine used. The owners are such lovely people! The villa is stunning with a perfect view over the city. Our room had a very equipped kitchen and the bathroom was very nice. I went for several runs in the area as it is beautiful and not to be missed out on.

Very beautiful and peaceful setting, convenient for travelling to Pisa and Florence. Comfortable beds, well equipped and lovely pool area to relax.

This house is basically a historic landmark! Comfortable family apartment with aircon and a fully equipped kitchen, the host was very kind and the pool... oh what a lovely pool! With the most amazing view over Pistoia. We were planning on only spend one pool day here and ended up not being able to leave the poolside during our entire stay. Highly recommend!
