Right in the "center" of Piso Livadi. Bus stop at 1 minute of distance. Close to mini markets, restaurants, beach. There's a little beach close to the church which is fantastic! Partial sea view from our patio.

Our stay here was amazing! The manager lefkes went above and beyond for us, she upgraded our room and provided us with so many recommendations which made our trip and bargained for the best prices for us! Perfect rooms in a cute location, the pool and secret beach is a great bonus!

The apartment was beautiful, the location pristine, the environment was relaxed, it wasn't over crowded. The perfect getaway spot for rest, relaxation and recovery. The breakfast was fresh, the food delicious. Absolutely loved it, would highly recommend.

Such an amazing stay, lovely staff, they are there to take care of you. The pool was a great way to spend the hot days and the rooms were lovely. Can’t wait to come back!!

I had a wonderful stay on the island of Paros. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations—spacious, spotless, and with a beautiful terrace offering stunning views of the sea and the nearby church. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and the breathtaking view made it feel like a true getaway. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of tasty options to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paros.

Great location. Semi-private access to a rocky cove for swimming when the wind is not so strong. Accommodating staff who let us use the pool and showers long after checkout as our transportation was later in the evening.

The hostess Lefkothea is an example of a warm welcome and professionalism. The king size double bed was a marvel.
