excellent position to beach front within 50 yards. Lovely court yard. Excellent ample safe parking. nearby places to shop and eat. free coffee available in mornings in reception. Excellent helpful polite staff. Had its own separate outside seating area for smoking as there is a ban on smoking in Pismo

I made a mistake with my booking but the staff were able to sort it out upon arrival in a very satisfactory way. I felt valued and appreciated. I loved the old world elevator!

I liked the convenience of being close to the beach, lots of dining options, and around the corner from Harry's nightclub. Also liked that they offer onsite parking. All of the staff we spoke with or were greeted by were all friendly. The free coffee in the lobby was very much appreciated. I also liked that there is a cafe right next door to get breakfast food and enjoy in the patio or back at the room.
