Easy to deal with, clean, breakfast was self-service but ok. Shower very good. Location was ok 15 mins walk from pisa tower restaurants etc.

Martina was great, helpful and friendly. Room was large, comfy bed, air con. 800m walk to Pisa tower and main centre. Self service breakfast was fine. On street parking outside the property, pay and display but .75 euros per hour, free 8pm to 8am

Such a great location. It’s a 10 min walk from the leaning tower and a 10/15 min walk from the station. The airport is about 20 minutes away. The lady running the b&b was lovely and breakfast was nice 👍🏻

I loved it, the bathroom was boss which makes travel so much more pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and cozy. As me and my son has spend the day travelling to get to Pisa it was really lovely property. We were met by Martina who made us feel really welcome, showed us what we needed. I didn’t realised breakfast was included so that was a bonus. Wi-Fi was given to us straight away too. As this was a travelling holiday for my son’s 18th across 4 cities of Italy. This was the best room we stayed in. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone of my friends and family.

The Hostess Martina was very accommodating and went the extra mile in all aspects, and was always only one call away if not at the front desk. The room was excellent, it had a comfy bed, plenty of storage, a coffee machine, a nice sized television, a powerful shower and there was also alot of space. Both the villa and the room were well kept with a fantastic style to them. The villa was within walking distance to the tower of Pisa and the city centre.

Good value for money B&B with large rooms and great facilities. The host is lovely and although she wasn't present at breakfast, the self-service buffet works really well with lovely produce
