Hosts were really friendly and informative. When we arrived, the first thing they did was offer us a cup of coffee and some water, it was a really great first impression. Hosts gave us great recommendations of where to visit and where to eat. The property was really clean and breakfast was great. The bathroom was across the hall but we had our own key and it was just for our room. Also as there is only 4 other rooms it still felt private.

A beautiful room within walking distance from the train station and the touristic places. Roberto is an amazing host and gave us plenty of good advice for our stay. The breakfast was delicious with fresh food from the garden.

We stayed here for 1 night as a family of 4 in a quadruple room. Location is good, 10 min walk to the central train station. Beds were firm and comfortable. The bathroom is private and a few steps across the hall. Shower was powerful & hot. Breakfast was good with juice, coffee, yoghurt, cake, fried bread with an egg in the middle, etc. The owners daughter was lovely and when we asked her about the pomegranate tree in the garden she immediately picked 1 for us to enjoy with breakfast!

Location is very good, easy walking distance to train station, airport, pisa tower etc. The host Roberto made us feel very welcomed. He gave good recommendations for both Pisa and other Italian cities like Florence. Overall it was very interesting to talk with him about Italy. Breakfast was delicious, everything was great quality. The stay at Villa Gini was a true highlight of our entire Italy trip. I would definetely recommend staying there for a more authentic, personal and memorable Italian experiance 😊

Comfortable bed, quiet setting, traditional Villa with charm and character. Host Roberto was kind, welcoming and informative. Really useful local information regarding eating and drinking to help you avoid tourist traps. Coffee to order and plentiful local produce for breakfast. Authentic welcome to Italy.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh homegrown or locally sourced ingredients were used and all were delicious. Location is 5-10 mins from Pisa Centrale, 20 mins from Pisa Airport and 10-15 mins from Torre di Pisa. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Shower was warm and had good power. Staff were friendly and helpful. Strong Wi-Fi in room.
