Fabrizio and Patrizia were so welcoming. They made sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our short stay in Pisa. As it was Easter Sunday, we also received a little present each.

We were greeted in person by the owners who kept in touch and waited for us even with a flight delay. They couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which was lovely. The location is excellent - halfway between the station & the main attractions. Rooms are comfortable and clean & the dining room faces the river with lovely views. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hosts are very welcoming and warm. They helped us with all instructions and advice for our trip in Pisa. The rooms are really upscale and well maintained. The breakfast provided too was good to start our day. The hosts were also very responsive to my queries and helped me with storing my luggage too after checkout I definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful and friendly owners. Room was of a good size and lovely and clean. Right on the river and only a short 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. High recommend.

We had a late arrival and the hosts were very accommodating. Right by the river and close enough to the tower without being near tourist traps

The location was convenient, although when we arrived at the address, it wasn't that clear where the property was. We arrived in the dark and I was expecting to see a hotel entrance, whereas the property entrance is a wooden door to the building and the accommodation is just on the 4th floor. The name of the property is near the door, but is easily missed in the dark. I fortunately had the owner's mobile number so was able to call them and with their help, found where the front door was, which was then opened by them.

Location was good, close to the river and within walking distance of the old town. Shower room was clean and well appointed.

The location was perfect, on the river and only a short walk to the tower, plenty of cafes and restaurants very close by. The owners were super friendly and helpful, great communication throughout. Bed was comfortable, tea and coffee provided.

Very close to the city centre but also to the train station that worked well for us. Nice to be able to look at the river from the communal space. The hosts were super welcoming and kindly let us leave our bags early in the day before check in.
