Everything! You will not get a better view in the whole of Pisa. Stefano & Paolo are absolutely wonderful and constantly went out of their way to ensure that we had an unforgettable stay. The rooms are SPOTLESS, the decor is modern with a classy ode to traditional Italian decor and the location is absolutely unmatched. Stefano & Paolo helped my husband secretly arrange a beautiful birthday surprise in our room upon our return, provided wonderful recommendations for food & drink and ordered us a taxi whenever required. We have not one negative remark…10/10! Thank you for making my birthday trip so special.

Beautiful room with beautiful view. Very lavish hotel right in front of Pisa tower. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff was supportive and allowed us to keep luggage at the hotel after checkout. There is no breakfast options at the property but there are many cafes just beside the hotel. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. Excellent Location.

Location was outstanding with the view of the tower. The room itself was so large with a separate entry room/living area. Coffee machine with coffee pods was a lovely touch. Facilities all modern but kept the authenticity of the room with the high decorated ceilings. Bathroom very modern and incredibly clean. Room very clean throughout. Man in reception was absolutely lovely. Friendly, welcoming and helpful with recommendations of breakfast places and stored our cases safely after checkout.

Apart from the perfect location (you wake up with a view from the tower) , quiet amazing place to stay. Great facilities, amazing and friendly staff. Thay let me leave the luggage before and after my stay. Will visit again on my next stay in Pisa.

A lovely, immaculately clean hotel in a superb location opposite the Leaning Tower of Pisa.The room was spacious with a lovely comfortable bed.Great shower and nice bathroom products too.Reception staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast not available but there are cafes nearby.Overall a great stay!

Amazing hotel, the views really are as good as advertised, you can literally sit on your bed and look at the tower through the window. Rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and well equipped woth everything needed including a kettle, a small fridge and air conditioning. We did have an interesting few minutes looking for the bathroom light switch before realising it was on a sensor so no switch. Both staff were helpful, friendly and spoke excellent English which is handy as our Italian isn't great. We had a fantastic time and hope to be able to visit again.
